CosMedix Benefit Clean Gentle Cleanser

What Is It?
CosMedix Benefit Clean Gentle Cleanser does just what it claims: It gently dissolves and removes dirt from your face, and it's appropriate for sensitive skin types to use.
How Does It Work?
First, the cleanser protects even the most senstive faces by removing irritating sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). SLS is a very common foaming agent that's included in most facial cleansers, oral health products, laundry and body soaps. While it's useful in providing foam and lather, it's also notoriously drying and irritating. Instead, Benefit Clean is formulated with polyhydroxy acid, a chemical that gets rid of the skin's impurities while hydrating the skin. The cleanser also helps to improve the appearance of sun damage. The cleanser's ingredients include moisturizing glycerin, grapefruit oil, and sandalwood oil.
How Do I Use It?
Pump a pea-sized amount of the cleanser to your hands and use your fingers to create a lather on your moistened face. Use the cleanser in the mornings, and in the evenings.
Hydra Cares Tip:
In order to make sure that you're not drying out your face, make sure that you completely rinse off the cleanser. Follow up your cleansing treatment with Benefit Balance, or Purity Balance. Of course, protect your skin from any further sun damage by using a sunscreen moisturizing product.
