This is the perfect compliment to Refresh PM and may even be used twice daily (under Refresh PM at night). This eye cream is designed to treat puffiness and dark circles under the eyes while improving fine lines and firming loose skin. It literally does it all. Remember that dark circles (other than inherited melanin increases seen often in Middle-eastern and European skin) are often associated with kidney issues and alcohol, caffeine, diet pills may exacerbate the condition. Treating this stressed skin with Vitamin K only clots the valuable capillaries that feed the skin so we disagree with that approach. Caffeine causes the capillaries to constrict which also starves the skin.
